BRENDAN PIKE was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, an island off the coast of Boston. An aspiring filmmaker since childhood, he grew up studying art and trained in classical piano. He majored in Theatre, Film & Television Production at the University of Colorado's College of Arts and Media.
Before graduating he moved to Los Angeles for a dual internship with NBC Universal and Warner Bros., concentrating on script development and film editing. That summer he returned to Boston to work on GK Films' "Edge of Darkness," directed by Martin Campbell and "The Town," directed by Ben Affleck. He later returned to Los Angeles to work as a scout photographer and creative assistant to an Academy Award winning screenwriter.
He has been featured on MTV's "Real World," and his work has been published in Ladies Home Journal, Cape Ann Guide Magazine, and on BravoTV.com.
He continues to appreciate the beauty of his hometown, returning often to sell photography at various galleries and perform piano.
He currently lives in New York City.
